SFR 2522 Multi - Purpose Extreme Pressure Grease
SFR Lithium Complex Grease is designed for industrial and automotive equipment where heavy loads and wet conditions require high film strength. With its heat resistant formula SFR 2522 grease has a high melting point, (over 500ยบ F), which insures retention in steel mills, mining, and construction machinery. SFR 2522 has excellent resistant to water washout with outstanding shear stability.
SFR 2522 with its unique extreme pressure technology has a Timken OK load of over 75 lbs. and been tested to provide superior protection in: bearings exposed to high temperatures and slippers in steel mills, mining, construction and earth-moving equipment; casters in assembly lines; bearings exposed to water, steam and detergents in equipment or assembly lines; and lubrication of automotive systems. It also works on conveyors, chains, pulleys, flange bolts, ladle slides, guide pins, toggle links, cranes, shafts, stuffing boxes, sprockets, valve stems, fifth wheels, gaskets and packings, and pillow blocks. SFR 2522 is a NLGI #2 grease.
